GAME STORES! Highly disappointed.

I bought a washing machine from Game on the 14th of December , the handed it over to value express courier and till today which is the 5th of January I am yet to get my washing machine .

I have called Game customer care multiple times and they are just buying time and not helping me AT ALL. I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and this is becoming extremely stressful as I need the washing machine to organise my life while I prepare for labour .

They said they called the courier and the courier said it had two different addresses of mine hence the delay which is a lie , when I called the courier company I was told by Lerato that my order had been taken to Kimberley which was a shock because my address CLEARLY stated Kuilsriver Cape Town!

From 14 December 2025 till today 5th of January I am yet to get my order ! I have never been this frustrated in my entire life with a company I trusted . Game ! Deliver my washing machine! It’s an LG WASHER DRYER!
