Game Stores - Game Card

The Game Card is actually an RCS Card managed by RCS. I have unfortunately app**** for this card while shopping in Game after a representative asked me if I wanted to apply for a card.

The interest rate on this account is unacceptably high so I tried to settle it as soon as I could.

After I settled the account they continued to charge me Service Fees, Customer Protection Insurance and Interest on these charges. After 3 tries, they eventually reversed the charges, but have now again charged me for these things.

I phoned now again and they consultant on the other side has now sent an email for them to reverse these charges. I hope that this will not re-occur.

I will NEVER do any business with RCS on any of their products EVER again.
