what a let down, ordered a gift for mothers day, delivery last thursday didn't happen, promised friday nothing happened, promised saturday nothing happened. every call to your call centre you are met with attitude laughing and no response.

The last feedback we received is that our couriers are looking into this to prevent any further delay. We will be re-escalating this off to both our couriers and warehouse to try and prevent any further delay.
