GAME STORES EAST LONDON

I am very disgusted in the way customers are treated telephonically by staff at Game Store in Vincent Park East London. I have phoned 9 times this morning, just to have no one able to help me at first, I then had to phone a different number ********** where the phone rang twice and was put down. Then to phone the person back on ********** , not even being able to get the woman's name she kept on putting the phone down in my ear as soon as she heard it was me. Very bad service. My husband was at Game Stores in Beacon Bay East London, we wanted to buy a Zingo S******, which shows it was on special for R1500.00 just to get to the store , waiting an hour to get it, which we expected but then to be told it is not on special in store by a Tevo Rep, but only online. NO WHERE DID IT SAY IT WAS ONLY AN ONLINE SPECIAL! BUT online you are not able to purchase it, it does not allow you to add to basket!!!!
