GAME STORES ...DONT PURCHASE ELECTRONICS FROM THEM

DONT BUY ELECTRICALS FOM GAME. THEY **** YOU IF IT HAS A PROBLEM. I bought a 65inch jvc TV beginning 2019 and it is giving problems now. We also took an extra warranty when purchased. Went into Beacon bay branch today with slip and they can't help me because I don't have the warranty slip yet I have the cash slip when purchased. Same happened with our kic fridge we purchased end 2018 from same store last year. The slip was faded they told us to get bank statement which we did and they said they would get back to us. They then called us and said its null and void as the slip is faded. Yet we gave the bank statement. They rudely told us they won't ans can't help. My hard earned money down the drain with NO HELP FROM GAME. fridge wasn't even 2 years old when it stopped working. TV 2 years old and they won't help at all. It is unacceptable !!!
