Game stores do not respond or revert back to prospective customer

Two weeks ago I called game requesting for specifications or contents of the spanners in the stramm toolbox on sale in their stores. These specifications are not stated online where the product is advertised. I received a call back promising to revert back to me but noone ever reverted back to me. Today I chatted to game on line complaining about their disregard for prospective customers and the person I was chatting with ended the chat abruptly without resolving my issues. I wanted a commitment for them to revert back to me within 30mins rather than giving them my contact numbers only for them to not revert back to me like last time.
