Game stores disrespectful and undermining customers

<p>On the 9th of , today went to &nbsp;alberton City to get a few &nbsp;I needed, made a mistake of buying them from GAME. After my sale decided to try play the lotto at their cigarette counter. As we were picking numbers (mind you it was two lines) the lady at the counter her name is Nokuthula, said she is coming back shes taking money to the back, we waited for almost 30 minutes until one of the promoters explained that the proess was going to be long she should have helped before, I feel this woman has disrespected and undermined me because I am on a wheelchair she rendered me invalid, I mean who leaves a customer at a till to go cash up at the back? And we waited there like fools as if we were there to beg for the money. Is it policy to do that or do game stores genarally feel people with disabilities are toys? Im disgusted and angry I feel very violated cause I dont think she would have done that with any other normal person</p>
