Game Stores - dishonest adverts

I would not even give a 1 star rating, I am highly disgusted by Game Stores. I needed a phone for my daughter, but i have a contract with another service provider. i went online and searched for cellphones and the Game advert popped up. I purchased the phone, paid the courier fees. When we got the phone we saw that the sim card fitting in the phone was different to the phone my daughter had. Few days later, i got a new fitting for the sim card. We inserted the sim card and the phone says "emergency calls only", phone is locked onto Vodacom. I went back onto the website where i purchased the phone, and there is no indication or notification that the cellphone is locked onto the Vodacom network. I contacted Game to sort the issue out, first the call center lady "ums and ahs" that there is nothing they can do. I requested to speak to a manager, then Chevonne called me. Not sure what her title is but she said she would get the problem escalated but she needed photos of the box. I sent them the next day. I have since received 3 messages from her stating that she is still waiting for a response. It is more than 2 weeks and still nothing. My grevience is that nothing on their website stated that the phone is locked onto a specific service. The box is not shown on the online platform, just the phone. If the advert stated that it was locked onto Vodacom, i would not have wasted my money and time purchasing it. Now i wait and my daughter is without a phone...

In my last email i stated that i want a full refund including my delivery fee or the phone must be unlocked, still no reply.
