Game stores Dihlabeng Mall Bethlehem!!!!

Distasteful and disgusting service from Game Bethlehem. I visited the store today 04 March 2020 to purchase a Samsung washing machine, when I got to the store the department's assistant helped me and all, he told me that the machine I wanted to buy was out of stock and that I can pay and then he will place an order for me which might probably take a good 2 to 3 weeks before the equipment could be available for my collection in the store. The sales rap of who I did not take the name of stated that I will have to buy the display and pay the full price. It did not make sense for me to buy the display at the normal price of which the machine was sold. To my surprise when my husband collected the machine firstly he had to wait a full hour before he could be helped to load the machine, people from the warehouse came with a new machine that was in the box, not tampered with or even opened then the sales rap who helped me inside the store with the purchase came running out with the one that was on display and when my husband asked why was I **** to both the employees couldn't answer then they took each other to the corner and spoke while my husband was still there waiting to be assisted. They came up with a story that the machine was on lay-bye while I had paid cash for the machine. The service was very distasteful and utterly disappointing and disgusting,i am now at home with a machine that was on display which I payed full price for!!!!!
