Game Stores Debiting me almost 5 years for a TV

I purchased a TV from Game stores November 2011 with my Game card for R5313.00. This was my only purchase on my card. I phoned game after they were still debiting me after 24 months. They advised me that it was a 36 months purchase. I thought i my have misunderstood the agreement. I phoned the December 2015 and asked them why are the still debiting me R57.00 a month. They said that there was still an amount outstanding of R709.09. The debit is as follows
