Game stores customer service sucks

Game stores ,don't have customer service ,although RCS are dealing with the financial part of the card account,I received my Game card which I buy at game,the fact is that the whatchup app does not work,you can't contact game in any way to get you're balance check ,you either have to go to a store or phone x number in cape town,this is pathetic ,the number to dail to get a Ballance is out dated ,this is a frustration,and the fact that items on the shelves in the Game stores are not even marked especially at centurion branch,the staff are not doing their jobs,they are to lazy disrespectfull towards clients ,rude,
