Game stores customer service is so poor. I enquired with them if I can buy a phone during lockdown in April, they advised that I can buy it at the store or online. I bought a phone online on the 25 of April till today I have not received nothing. E weeks ago I received an sms saying that courier company will contact me regarding my delivery. I followed up on Facebook I told that they are waiting for stock availability. So I don't know what true or not. Is my order on its way or they still waiting for stock. I want my refund as they are unable to deliver m
