GAME STORES CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIDGE NOT WORKING
I bought a Defy fridge fro Game festival Mall, the fridge has been repaired 3 times already and the customer service team from Game doesn't seem to care, escalate my matter or get back to me regarding fixing it - this has been happening for a full month now. i'm highly dissapointed , i even went to the store yesterday and there was no sympathy shown! if it was really up to me i would ask for cash refund and buy fridge from a different shop. imagine living without a fridge???

it's 13:32. 31 August, still no response. i've tried calling Game 2 times already and i'm still not being assisted! we are going to the 2nd week already, imagine how much this is affecting my family?
