GAME STORES COST ME MONEY ON TOP OF MY PURCHASE

I purchased a washing machine at Game Stores Cresta branch. They advised me that i need to pick the machine up at the warehouse as they did not have stock. I asked them to check if a store nearer to me had stock. They advised me that Vaal Mall did indeed have stock, The salesman at the Cresta branch got on the phone and made all the arrangements with the Vaal mall store and advised me that i should email the receipt to the vaal maal store and they will release the item to the driver as long as had the email receipt and identification. I then proceeded to find a driver with a bakkie who i paid R300, he duly then went to the vaal mall store, and after a long time everything was arranged for collection, when he drove around to the dispatch, they refused to release the goods to him . My R300 got wasted, I called the cresta store and spoke to the salesman who made a few calls and even spoke to his manager, he then called me back and advised that there was NOTHING they could do. This is after i acted upon their instructions, Game costed me an additional R600 on top of the purchase price and a waste of my morning. NOT IMPRESSED BY GAME STORES to the point that i will not be supporting them anymore
