Game Stores Clear Water Not Getting PS4 after order paid for

On black Friday, I purchased a PS4 from the Game at Clear Water mall. They said they were out of PS4's but had been instructed that they could take orders and it would be delivered this week. All we had to do was get an order number, then pay for it. They would contact us when the PS4 arrived. I just called them now and they say that they have been told that they are not going to get the PS4 anymore and they want to give me an XBox or they can refund me my money. Is this even legal, after making me miss opportunities with black Friday sales from other retailers. I arrived at 20:00 on Thursday and only left the store at 02:30 on the Friday morning. They apparently only had 10 PS4's on stock but planned to get the rest va the orders. Over and above that, i have spent extra money on buying games as i knew my PS4 was secured and paid for? I don't think this should be allowed. I think its absolutely pathetic of Game stores. I don't play XBox. I Just want my PS4 that i paid for.
