GAME STORES CELLPHONE INSURANCE *****.

I bought a cellphone cash at Game stores in Fourways mall in January 2020. In february i noticed that there was a debit order from hOLLARD insurance for my cellphone, which i reversed because i never joined the insurance. It shows that the person who was selling me the cellphone at Game stores made me join the cellphone insurance without my knowledge or signature. This is like *****. Why would Game do this to the clients without their knowledge. I am now even scared to purchase a cellphone at Game stores due to this theft. or ***** or whatever you call it. This was done without my knowledge. I managed to reverse the debit order and stopped it. but this is not right because the reversal has charges and i got charged for something i didnt even join.
