I bought a TV set in Pmb Central gme stores it started giving me issues earlier this year, I went to Game which is situated at Galria mall in Durban, as I had since located to Durban... They requested for proof of purchase since I hd lost my slip gave them my bank statement and including the pictures of the box ect it's been over 4 months, I have been doing follow ups and the first person to call me said that it was water damaged maybe due to flooding that occurred in Durban earlier this year, I sent proof of an email that I had sent prior to the flooding and they have been quite since thenI have done so many follow ups I no longer want the TV I just want my refund because I am tired of their bad service, its way also over the 21 day policy that they have binded themselves to
