Game stores BETHLEHEM

I had one of the most horrible moment talking to a lady at the customer service side in this Game store. I don't live very close to the game stores so when I do get a chance to go to town I will always stop at Game to get my things. But my trip there recently was so unpleasant, I was calm and relaxed asking questions about a Verimark product I brought in earlier this year that was faulty where they told me they don't give a refund, they fix it. So they took the product and now I have been informed that it has been destroyed as I did not come to collect, but I was told that I will receive an sms when the product is ready for pickup, which I have not received to this day.

And the lady helping me kept referring to me as 'you people' .

GAME store BETHLEHEM, please teach your staff some customer service!!!!
