I'm really disappointed on the service I'm getting in this store department manager. I was forced to buy the explora 3 decoder by the departmental manager because he refused to give me a call back cheque since they have advertise something that they don't have on the shelves except the empty boxes on the shelve. Yes I've paid as he said. Now it's been 2months. Still they don't call for me to pick up my decoder, so I called them 2 weeks back and the answer I get is that I must come and get my money back if I want it. So I've asked them to get me from other stores that has a stock. Then the managers response was that he can't afford that. I must come and get a refund.

I told him I don't want the money , I want my explora as he forced me to buy something that he knows that they don't have.

Please assist. I want my decoder. I have paid for it
