Game Stores awful after sales service

During the lockdown I purchased an Epson Ink Tank Printer for my retired Mom. When the printer arrived my Mom followed the instructions and filled the ink tanks and set it up as it said. Once she was done she wanted to make a copy of something and realised she can’t make copies on this printer? It’s also not wireless as I wanted it to be. I thought the printer was wireless and could print, copy and scan but it can’t?? Who sells a printer that can’t make copies? We also never received a cable with the printer either? How are you supposed to use a printer without a cable. I have emailed game 3x times now and my Mom has tried speaking to someone and game refuse to respond to me and they just tell my Mom they can’t help her? Why can’t someone help us with this issue? I am very very unhappy with game stores response to a complaint. Please don’t buy from game stores they have no after sales service at all.
