Game stores at Welkom Poor customer service

On the 19th April we went to Game store at Welkom square in Welkom , we bought a trampoline for my kids and then it was assembled at home. Then on the 3rd May a part of the trampoline broke and we then went to game to go request for a refund as we were not happy with how soon the trampoline got broken . Upon our arrival we requested to see the manager and we spoke to David . They refused to give us a refund telling us that the trampoline will go for repairs, we refused for it to go for repairs as it would be dangerous for my kids to be jumping on a trampoline which went for repairs . I’m not happy as to how I was spoken to as a customer , David who is said to be the manager was very rude towards me . Can I please get assistance as I would like a full refund of my money . Game stores should teach their employees customer skills !!!!!!!!
