Game stores at it again bad bad bad service mxm!!!
Visted game store in Johannesburg CBD jobert street to look for a contract phone since as well i know game stores are reliable needed the phone for work purposes as i do not have a phone i had lost my phone yesterday , i got there stood in the queue for 20 minutes as i got to the counter to submit my documents and be assited with the contract i am looking for the lady nomsa radebe rudely asked if i am paying cash or not , and when i said i am applying for a contract phone and she rudely said there are offline all of the sudden because there were people being assisted infront of me , then proceeded to ask if i could fill in the form and come back she told me they are closing i can go to any other branch because they closing if i want to do that, i did not expect such treatment from the game stores i was looking to get the contract today for work purposes and through one person that was rude to me i couldn't do what i needed to do, i also asked for the forms so i could complete and come back tomorrow to submit and she said i must go to another branch i doubt i will ever recommend game again to any family members and friends because honestly this is not the first time and its sad that this is what happens. Mind you i took two taxis after work to get here came through in the raining weather only to get rejected.

22 Nov 2021, 09:36Reposting this clearly there seems to be the very same issue from headoffice too clearly its been 2 days now and no reply , what a disappointment GAME STORES you have failed me yet again i would understand if it was just once store but if I or maybe others too get this kind of treatment in different stores then clearly the issue is bigger then what we take for face value my entire home is full of game appliances , cutlery , storage basically i life in a home of GAME but your trusted name has now failed me to a point where disappointed would not even be a word to describe it.....
