Game Store's ( & Associate Dealerships, Tevo Services & Bennett Read products shamefull Customer Service

I wish that I was as brave as Lt General Mkhwanasi, but I do want to believe that I am as brave when it comes to injustices which would often be meted out to my personal being & especially after spending my money in a Store like Game in Rustenburg Mall. My nightmare really commenced on the 08th September 2025 or precisely a Friday before this date. Then I happened to have recollected what was supposed to have been a repaired ( by a so-called Tevo Service Company & apparently in dealership with Game store ) my beloved Bennett Read, XTR1800 Dynamic High Pressure Washer machine. But this wasn't to be. This Pressure Washer wasn't repaired under an extended x 1 year warranty which I took out when I bought this machine the previous year, 2024 & it has already broken down before this end finished! I tried to argue my case with both the small minded Tevo assistance & before the Game store manager ( both of whom i've got their names or faces even to this day ), but the Tevo assistant insisted on me having to pay for this repair & the Game store manager didn't seem to be interested. What a shame! & dishonesty of Game store & this Tevo Service company? I,m sorry,but my story can be long as I used to be a Game card customer a few years ago, but the short story of it is that I'll never ever see myself entering the doors of any Game stores in South Africa again! I did try to warn a lady coming out with a ? purchased Bennett Read item from the very Game store, but unfortunately this lady seem to see me as some lunatic ( mad person ), I felt sorry for her. That's when I remembered of you my dear Hellopeter. Of course I'm still waiting to hear from a Government's CGSO with which I've tried to lodge a formal complaint, but still experiencing hardship when it comes to cleaning my cars, especially the van & I feel that I miss this machine dearly. So Game store is really a ******* store! & so is this Tevo Sevice company.
