GAME STORES ARE UTTER *****!!!
GAME (we beat any prices) what a whole lot of bull****! lol I went to game at gateway on the 30/03/2018 to buy a Hisense TV, I showed the consultant Kimeshan what TV it was on my device and the TV was not displayed in the front of the store. when he saw the TV and model number on my phone, he said he has stock of it at the back and checked on system if it was the same one and it was.he then took almost half and hour running around and opening other TVZ to put on display and we just stood and watched. I then showed him the price of the TV that loot.co.za had it for and asked him how much they have the TV for.loot had the TV for R2999 and game had it for R4700. I then asked if they could beat the price he said yes I must go and speak to his manager, as he was taking me to his manager he turned back and went away and then came back and said to us that they don't have the same TV which was a useless lie coz they had to beat the price by R1700. I was very disappointed because I support game a lot and the service and lies told by your employee is unacceptable. you have just lost a customer and you guys must remove "we beat any price" because that is utter nonsense!

01 Apr 2018, 21:05So i called the game store at gateway and asked them if they got stock of the TV and they said yes, i then looked on the internet and saw that the exact same TV has been advertised for R4799 online, when i called the store i spoke to a guy and he told me that they dont have that one, when i gave him the model number he said it was the same one, i then asked if they could beat the price that loot has, then he transferred me to his manager. The manager then took down my details and said he would contact me within a few minutes which i have gotten no feedback from. It has been the worst experience of my life from a store that doesnt even follow they own motto, no senior manager has contacted me since they responded saying someone will contact me regarding this, all i want is for you to beat the price,that is your company motto but you guys cannot stick to it and the best part is that the same guy kimeshan who told me that game has a different model answered the call and said they got stock, what a bunch of *****!!!! I shouldve asked him to bring the TV for me to see whether it was the same one. PATHETIC!!!
