Absolutely appalled with the service that I received under the extended warranty.

I logged a query to have my washing machine repaired. Three weeks later my query has still not attended to and nobody is able to assist me to escalate my query. It's smack bang in the middle of winter and I'm expected to do my laundry by hand.

I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase the extended warranty policy because it is seemingly just a ****. They let you down when you need their assistance the most. At this rate, it would be better to have my washing machine repaired at my own cost.

Your customer service is ridiculous, I expected better from your franchise.
