Game stores are ***** and useless

<p>2 Weeks ago we were burgled I went into game Pinetown to request copy invoices. 14 days later I'm still waiting. I have been into the store 8 Times and each time they tell me head office is not doing their job. I have now been told that I have to get the statements first from Jhb and then I have to request the invoices from Cape town and they cannot give me invoices that are older than 6 months. We are being charged for an admin fee bit when we need something they can't deliver. So why am I paying interest and admin fees when you can't give me proof of purchase from 6 months ago. This is the first time I have ever heard such garbage. I am disgusted with your service. I can promise one thing I will be closing my account with Game and I will never spend another cent in any game store again. Please people don't ever open an account with Game you will be charged for everything that they can get you for but you will never get any customer satisfaction. Keep your money don't waste it at game. </p>
