GAME stores and insurance are a hoax

I have been a long standing customer at Game Store, over 10 yrs, I have always paid my account promptly, and I have paid for the insurance they offer, incase of illness or any reason you cannot manage to pay the account. During the 3 worst months of Covid, my Dance Clothing Business simply ceased to exist, I called on the insurance that I had pad for years to please step in and pay my account for 3 months. Since that 3 months, I continued paying my account. I have not bought on that account for a year since I have been careful not to run up any debt incase of another full shutdown of the country. Today I went into Game to purchase goods, when my Game card would not work, I was sent to a person in the store that phoned the head office to get my card reconnected. I was told they had canceled my card, due to the fact that I could not pay the account for 3 months and the insurance had to pay it for me, therefore I was deemed not fit to have a Game account. I am so agrivated, I challenge others who have had the same treatment to comment.
