Game stores and forced transportation on customers

I bought a washing machine at game in Vosloorus (Chris Hani mall). They then told me to get my machine I had to pay R300 for delivery. I then told them I have my own van parked outside so there’s no need. They said I should go collect the machine myself at the warehouse if I won’t pay for transportation, they said as a customer it’s my duty to get furniture from their warehouse, they don’t do that, So basically..we’re forced to pay for transportation even when you have your own. One other thing, I thought when you buy, you take what you bought and leave when you have transportation, no that’s not the case…it might take days for them to get your item from the warehouse to the store “unless you pay for their transportation”.
