Game stores **** alert

I have bought a washing machine on the 23rd of October online, they said the expected date of delivery is on the 28th of October. On the 25th on Saturday we have received a call from one of the courier guys at 20:00pm requesting to deliver the machine since he is around my area, we rejected and requested that he deliver the next day in the morning, he called the next day and said he can't deliver because of an incorrect address on the app. 28 October comes no communication nothing.

30 October they called and said they will come on Saturday today at 10:00am because I must collect personally. Still we try to call nothing is happening. We have been calling the store they direct you to different people who does little to help. I want my machine, very unpleasant experience I've ever had, very unprofessional. This feels like a ****. I want my machine or my money this is frustrating
