I have received such unprofessional and poor service from Game Online. Ordered a present for my son for Christmas. The toy doesn't work and requested the item to be replaced. 2 weeks and still waiting. Several emails, photos and follow up calls with no feedback. Can't return the item to the store because they can't pick up the item due to the online purchase. Absolutely terribly service and my son is still without his Christmas present.
