I am deeply frustrated by game stores services, since last week Monday trying to get my May statement without success,everytime I call I get different excuses. Firstly I was told to wait until the 10 June 2021 of which I waited, then when I called they said I can only get the statement on the 11 June 2021. On the 11 June they then said their systems are down On the 12 June I again called and they promised to send, then they sent April instead of May Today when I inquired about May statement they said I should wait until 10 July, as the statement I received is up to date according to them I downloaded the game app and the information from the statement and what is on the app totally contradicts each other
