Game stores

If you are buying an appliance from Game Stores, please don't bother purchasing an extended warranty as its of no use. Have a problem with my Samsung fridge, the manufacturers warranty just ended 30th Sept and the extended warranty came into effect. Logged a call on the 16th of October for my fridge today is the 23rd of December and my issue is still not resolved.
