Game stores.

I had asked my mom to go to game store and purchase formula milk the Alula Gold 1 kg tin. My daughter started to react to the milk mid 3 weeks of feeding her from the previous tin which I could not have predicted, the purchase was made a week back and the tin is un opened. Went to the Dr. And he advised to put back my daughter on what she was drinking before the change, my mom went back to game stores to ask for exchange of milk or a refund and they refuse to give us. But than what am I suppose to do with a sealed 1kg tin that I bought from them? They say according to their policies they don't take back any of the items purchased for children, this policy is shocking and out of place. As a consumer I won't ne forced to go look for somebody to buy the tin from me or to even force my daughter to drink that milk as it will cause her extreme reactions. And I won't throw away what I bought for 550 at which the store can take back and resell it themselves. Game is being unjustified as I'm sure I am not the first person to ever come across such.

This highly disappointing.
