I bought a laptop at Game Carnival Mall. Within a month the laptop’s software gets *******. I know it has a gurrantee and warranty. A couple of days later I get called and they say I have to pay R499 to get it sorted out, if I won’t make that payment and want it back, it will cost me R399. How does this happen in South Africa ?
