I'm severely dissatisfied by the service I've received from Game Westgate and the "Tevo Shox" Product that I have purchased.

I have recently purchased a Shox Sync Colossus Speaker which I had paid R3099.00 for and after +-5 months the speaker did not turn on but was picking up the charging light and I have had to bring it in store to be repaired. After two weeks of waiting, I was advised to collect it as there was a "service" that was carried out on it. After 2 months yet again the item was not charging but turning on for a few seconds and I was advised that I should bring it through for a repair. Its now been two weeks and I have not had any feedback from the store or Game customer Service and TEVO.

I don't expect to pay such a high price for an item that I cannot use because of the quality of the product. Im extremely disappointed in the fact that the item I have paid for is not even in my possession at the moment and will be soon out of warranty.
