Game stores eCommerce or online shopping is the worst... On the 24th November 2022 I bought a washing machine online, they said the expected date for delivery was the 2nd December - 2022 I was okay with that.Unprovoked they then changed the delivery date to earlier the 26 November 2022, 26 November I then waited and waited the whole day and no delivery of the machine arrived. Today its Tuesday 29 November 2022 as I am writing this and still no communication from them as to when must I expect the delivery. Why move the delivery date earlier if you know you won't be able to deliver and worse you don't even communicate with the customer. I'm not surprised why most Game stores are getting closed because they over poor service.
