Game store worst store ever

i visited Game store at the Bridge Port Elizabeth with correct measurements for my blinds, the quotation was done by a staff member who more busy on his cell phone than doing my quote, the colours were chosen and I paid the deposit which was 50% balance was to be paid on collection. when i went to collect 2 weeks later i was given a contact person and number who would fit my blinds. i had ordered 3 sets of blinds, when the person came to fit/hand my blinds i was told all 3 sets were the WRONG SIZE AND COLOURS WERE WRONG AS WELL! I had to pay a call out fee of R300..on going back to GAME i was told it was my fault, yet i gave all the correct measurements, I was told by that staff member they cannot help me as its my fault, how? i would like to know, my measurements were swopped around by that staff member i got attitude from him, so I was told to accept it as its not their fault. Game is a store I will never set foot in, as for that staff member I will make sure hewont last in that job of his as i work for the Dept of Employment and Labour so I will not let Game or that staff member to get away with this! i wonder how many more customers have Game ******** customers out of their money. The worst store to ever do business with!
