Game store worst customer service

Game has the most terrible customer service, I bought a fridge online and they made to wait for 7 days to have it delivered to me on the 6th day they cancel my order and when I call them they tell me they ran out of stock, why do they even process orders and make customers wait for so many day knowing that they are out of stock, now they expect me to wait another 7 days to receive my refund, that’s a total of 14 days, I could have went to another store
