GAME STORE WORSE SERVICE EVER

I had a Terrible experience with Game store Jabulani in SOWETO ,I bought a Sinotec 39 Tv july 2020 then it broke in july 2023 then i returned it for repairs then it took more than a month to be return back to me, then it came back only to find out the tv doesnt have LEGS Then they had to book it again for another month to replace the those lost legs, then was delivered to my mothers house then it didn't even last a day the was a burn smell that was coming from the the TV then it went blank,i had to return it for repairs then it was book in again for another month then it came back gain around 18/19 october 2023 again it didnt even last day again it just went off ,i took it to game store at Jabulani that i have same problem that i have regarding this tv, and i told the floor manager that i am tired of come back now and again he was rude towards me he didnt even care he says the is nothing that he can do about my situation i can do whatever i like ,i call their Head Office regarding this matter is like i was wasting my time they ask me to supply then with proof of purchase and model and my address of which i did then next thing they call me to say the is nothing the can do but to refer back my complian to to the Store at jabulani Game so according to me i am crazy why would they ask to supply them my those details only to refer me back to same people who treated me badly ,this is my second complianing about Bad service and nothing has been done.I will never set foot at any Game stores, especially at Jabulani store ,but GUYS stay away from SINOTECT TV OR ANY of they PRODUCT you will regret , GAME STORE sell COUNTERFEIT GOODS
