Game store worse service ever!!!!

I have never seen such bad service, for a big company like Game really disappointing.worse the head office is the same as their stores it's like they are not well trained on how to assist customers you will waste your time and money shopping there because when you come back to complain about the product quality or need assistance they ignore you and hang up your calls.

Bought a gazebo from them it's not even a month, I tried to tell them what happened when I tried closing it they couldn't care less and now I'm stuck with a low quality gazebo from Game store. To think Alberton store just shut me up by taking my number after I was so angry with them when they keep dropping my calls because they didn't want to assist me. I regret buying anything there the service is poor and worse their customer service is useless I should have went n buy somewhere cz that Discovery brand they keep is useless indeed. Now the Gazebo I have can't open n no help from them I wonder if it's their strategy to make sure they drag it so I can lose my slip or time to pass or what. What a horrible service and bad store staff attitude.
