Game Store Vanderbijlpark inefficient

Am at Game Vanderbijlpark to book in an item I bought less than a year ago. I have been waiting in the queue for an HOUR, together with 4 other people and there seem to be no movement at all, yet the 2 ladies in attendance have looked at the receipts and satisfied themselves that said items qualify to be booked in. There is no communication as to why we are kept waiting. It is sad.
