Game store Vanderbijlpark

I had a bad experience with game store Vanderbijlpark in Vaal mall I came to buy a TV therefore sale person in the store sold me a JVC tv cause I told him I want a smart tv he told me jvc is a good brand an all that on the 21 September 2024 today the tv when I switch it on It just write smart tv an stuck so I came with it to the store I found a different sales person he said why did I buy jvc it’s not a good brand I called a manager she said the very same thing I told them I don’t want it anymore credit me on the new tv they refused they telling me the process don’t work like that so now I will have to involve lawyers cause they can’t sell me something within 3 weeks when I get a problem they ask me why did I buy that brand why do they keep them in store when it’s not good
