Game Store Vaal Mall

I am utterly disappointed in Game Store Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark .. The store manager and his team should be fired and the store should close down .. They don't know how to adhere to customers and also they don't have customer ethics ..

I had an issue with my price beat in the store when I was denied my 10% difference after I fullfilled my proof of my price beat .. When I was told by the manager on duty named Peter .. That they only match the price not beating it .. It was also out of their partner stores Makro and Builders.

The price beat was at Hi Fi Corp so I had a feud with the manager after he told me I was denied the 10% difference .. If I wrong in anyway whats so ever please contact me on *** and explain to me how it works thank you ..
