Game store useless

Game online is useless, I don’t even have words , their service is nonsense, don’t ever waste your time buying at game online , they don’t communicate, no updates 13 days later am after receiving an email that my order was dispatched, am being told that there’s is no stock , when I started talking about getting a refund their call centre hanged up the call .
