Game Store unsatisfied customer

Good day.

My name is Kate Machaba. I have previously purchased DefyDFF 422 side by side metallic silver refrigerator at Game store. Mall of the North in Limpopo, POLOKWANE. On the 6th November 2017. It was 5 years warranty product. It is still under 5 years warranty but the product has stopped functioning and unfortunately I could not get assistance based on the fact that I had not longer had a receipt of proof of payment hence I used Game store card.

I feel cheated, ****** and treated unfairly while I am currently paying for "the fridge" that is no longer offer any assistance or value to my family. I would like Hello Peter to help me to get assistance to get my fridge to be repaired by Game store as they are not being helpful to their customers.
