Game store unfair

I bought a Whirlpool front loader washing machine at a Game in October 2024,then in April 2025 the drum inside got cracked while it was busy washing as I saw water coming out from the bottom of the machine as it was filling for a load of washing.Game took it for checking and the Technician said it’s uneconomical for repair and the damage may have been caused by an external force.Game says there is nothing they can do since its a physical damage,and their warranty doesn’t cover physical damage,mind you there is no dent or damage on the outside of the machine,the damage is all the way inside and only a qualified technician can see it by dissembling the machine.I am so disappointed,no exchange,no refund.
