Game Store to step up their GAME

It's SAD to say how poor the GAME store is in the Mitchelle's Plain Promenade Mall is...

Stocks, always low or out of Stock. Promotional Items always out of stock. :-( SAD face) Staff Service with a response for assistance is a problem. Buy in bulk items, all variances not available, you can only choose from two items out of five or six. (very bad) No Customer Shopping carts in the stores. (Angry face) We were busy purchasing a TV 32" Samsung, the total amount was R1000 to be exact and when we got to the till...It was due for R1400.00 including extra Warranty for an extra 2 Years. The TV only had One year Warranty (Really)? To even make the matter worse, was that the x1 Display Promotion area on the Floor was a yellow display card that said... x2 Samsung 55" Tv for R8.999. When we queried the Price displayed...the instore Samsung Assistant person removed it and changed the info displayed on it and apologized for the inconvenience as the Price info was wrong. We should've taken a picture of it and Confront/demand it for that Price as they displayed it wrong. Not our problem.

My point here is that the store always has Out of Stock Items when on SALE or Promotion, they do not even go the extra mile to make a call to other branches checking if they just might have stocks to transfer and make a few Customers happy, nope, they do not do that. Just an apology and walk away from you.

I hardly go shop at this particular store due to the concerns/issues mentioned above.

Store Managers must step up from their comfortable chairs in their Offices, walk the Floor and go see how the Shop Floor looks like with Promotional Items and follow up with Purchase Clerks / Supervisors or the Head Office with Stocks due to their Stores. I see no point in having Managers getting paid their salaries for not hitting store targets and not have Promotional Items in stores on date of SALES.

I know the Drill, this was my job many moons ago, we got nailed for not having Promotional Items that are due before the start of SALES. I do not know how the Game does business, but they need to make some drastic changes.
