Game store - ******* and has no support

Bought an intex pool and pillows on 25/11/2022 Incorrect pool delivered on 26/11/2022 Received one damaged set of pillows on 28/11/2022 Paid for 2 sets All items collected on the 30th of November after several calls and online complaints. The courier had no idea what he had to collect or where it needed to go. He had the tracking number and we could trace it like that. Daily calls, online requests and hours wasted Game gave feedback that the pool they sent out was actually the one they intended to sell and that they advertised the incorrect one with the incorrect information. Still no feedback on when I will get my refund on this. Feedback from Game on a daily basis is We will escalate to the relevant department and get back to you. They can not tell you anything. So they steel your money, waste your time and advertise stuff that they never intend to sell. I will never buy another thing from Game.
