Game store taking over 1 year to help me with my LG 50" TV!

Hello, I have being very very very disappointed over the last year and still am very frustrated and disappointed by the service I have received by Game, Liberty Midlands Mall, Pietermaritzburg. In July of 2017. I initially complained about my LG 50inch 3D Smart TV, with various faults and have given all the necessary documentation. Over a period of 2 or 3 months my TV was still not seen too and the documents had been misplaced and I had to keep going in store to give new copies. From that time period till currently, I am dealing with the store manager Mr Stuart Smith. Who tells me the TV is under extended warranty and needs to be brought in, I explain that I was sold this TV that costed me lots of money and sold an extended warranty by the salesman who stated has an on-site warranty. He said that's fine he will get the guys to come out to me. After countless discussions telephinically with Mr Smith, countless visits to the store, and after a good few months. They finally come over to assess the TV, the technician says they will have to fix one part at a time to trouble shout what's the problem. After fixing the TV the first time, the power button on the TV stopped working, and most of the initial faults were all still present. I had to log another complaint with Game for them to come out and sort that out. Fast forward to my current situation at present now September 2018, my tv has been fixed 3 times already by the first couple months of 2018, and is still not working fine, my TV switches on to 3D mode on its own and the picture blanks out on its own from time to time. For few months now I am having no joy, calling and emailing the store manager who promised me he will get me a credit so I can get a new TV, then he tells me the tv will need to be assessed one final time because their extended warranty department won't allow the credit without a final check, he agreed to send them out because of various reasons of not allowing my TV to go with the technicians, for example the TV was already repaired few times and I don't want any new parts to be removed and replaced with any second hand parts and mainly because I was sold the TV with an "on site warranty". Anyway, having agreed my TV was checked by the technicians and say they can't fix it because they don't know what it is. I tried contacting the the store manager but he's always unavailable, as he always was for the past year. My TV is not 100% working order as it should be, it's still under warranty, I paid such a big amount. I literally been to the store over 100 times and made phone calls to the store so many times that I could have really bought a TV with the petrol and air time money put together. I am hoping I get some sort of help resolving my matter, I have emails with the store manager where he barely replies but I try to put most of our telephonic conversations on email to him as proof.

I was and still feel Game is one of the best places to buy electronic appliances because of their good warranty polices. But this time with this store and their manager, I'm having great trouble!
