Game Store stop accommodating Defy appliance if you cannot provide refunds please.

Bought a fridge at Game Cresta, the fridge started making a lot of noise within 3 months of use. Approached the Game Cresta guys, I'm continuously referred to Defy guys who are just useless in resolving this matter.
